St. Benedict School is a Catholic School in Toledo serving Springfield, Sylvania, West Toledo and the surrounding areas. We embrace excellence in education and a firm belief in the uniqueness of the individual.

About St. Benedict Catholic School
School Advisory Council
Advisory Council members work with the principal and fellow council members to provide guidance, feedback, and support in areas such as strategic planning, school operations, financial priorities, community engagement, and policy considerations.
Members of the Advisory Council commit to a three-year term and participate in monthly meetings, which may include full council meetings or committee meetings. Members may also be asked to serve in committee leadership roles and support school community events, including open house, graduation, and the spring event.

BACKGROUND CHECK POLICY
All teachers, non-teaching employees and volunteers who have direct contact with students are required to have on file in the school office the following documentation: Protecting God’s Students certificate, proof of fingerprinting and background check, and the signed form required by the Diocese.
